Critiques
I love your use of perspective in this. The angle is incredible too. The feeling of looking up into the sky with her and staring at the clouds is humbling.
The shading here is fantastic. The bottom of the clouds and the sunlight especially. The fabric folds also make this realistic and intriguing. This reminds me of many times when i have looked into the sky and thought of my life.
I only have one question overall. the front arm seems a little long....is it because of the angle at which i am viewing her?
As for the technique - its simple and it works well, however if the girl had cleaner edges it would look better against the blurred sky.
The only area that in my opionion doesn't work well are the hair, they seem a bit flat. Singling out strands and highlighting those individually works better than covering an area with "highlight".
